    Dinoprost Tromethamine, also known as Dinoprost Trometamol, is a naturally occurring prostaglandin used in medicine to induce labor and as an abortifacient.(In Vitro):Dinoprost tromethamine salt (Prostaglandin F2α tromethamine salt; 1 μM; for 24 hours) induces ER stress, autophagy, and apoptosis in goat luteal cells.Dinoprost tromethamine salt (1 μM; for 24 hours) significantly increases the expression of GRP78 and UPR sensors.
